The University of Oklahoma Information Technology department has been piloting a CRM initiative for several months.  Leveraging the Salesforce platform, we have been able to improve the customer experience and the quality of our business decisions based upon real-time data from our customers.  In this session we will share and explore some key components of this program including timely data integration, customer feedback loops, and SaaS & the joy of extensibility!
