The term "data-driven" is used a lot in higher education these days. A vast amount of data is produced each day in the course of university business, but it's not always clear which sources are appropriate for what uses. This session will explain the differences between official and operational data and provide an overview of resources - of both types - currently available to the university community. The session will be divided between a presentation and Q&A period.
